EXPLORE!!

I have for the past week participating in Shimelle's "EXPLORE" workshop! Loving it as I am working through this at my own pace....but loving every aspect of participating.Our very first assignment was to take a self portrait and I did this with a bit of a twist..instead of setting up my tripod and timer or standing in front of a mirror..I went up to the full length mirror which leans against the wall in our box room...a room used more as a laundry/storage area and sat upon the futon and snapped away! Out of all the shots..this is the self portrait I like best!

Bike ride....

Today is soooo gorgeous..and as of late my frame of mind has not been..my lovely husband decided its time we got out and enjoyed this weather and perhaps help my frame of mind a bit....I didn't take many shots but did manage a couple while stopped.
